"Super easy visit"
It was a easy visit. The crowds were low, so I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of annoying people getting in the way like a bunch of clueless idiots. Nice and simple.

The gift shop was disappointing, honestly. There just wasn’t much to choose from, despite all the nice-sounding stuff they say about it. Felt like one of those places where the description is way more polished than the actual experience.

"Easy enough to stick with"
I’ve been using LA Zoo for a few months now, my usual shortcut is simple: if something is easy to sign up for and doesn’t give me headaches, I keep it. That’s been the case here. Starting the membership was quick, nothing confusing, and I haven’t had any drama so far. Happy with it overall.

"Nice shady place to take a break"
I stopped by here sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and really liked how much shaded space there was. It made it easy to sit for a while without feeling like I was baking in the sun. The seating was comfortable too, nothing fancy, but definitely good enough for a quick rest. Overall, just a nice spot to take a break and cool off for a bit.

"Some spots were closed, but we still had a great time"
A few exhibits were closed for renovation when we visited, which was a little disappointing at first, but the signs were easy to follow and the staff were really helpful about pointing us in the right direction. We still ended up having a really nice day, and the animals we did see looked healthy and well cared for. I weirdly remember one goat just standing on a rock like it was giving a speech, which made us laugh. Definitely would go back again.

"Super easy ticket booking"
I used lazoo.org to grab tickets for an event last week, and it was way easier than I expected.

The site was simple to navigate, payment went through on the first try, and the tickets showed up in my email quickly. I booked close to the event too, so I was half expecting some ridiculous last-minute hassle, but everything worked fine.

I’d definitely use it again. Nothing fancy, just a smooth process that did exactly what I needed

I visited recently and overall it was an okay experience. The animal areas looked decent from what I could see, but I did notice trash along some of the walking paths, which made me question how well the place is being maintained throughout the day. The bathrooms weren’t awful, but they definitely didn’t feel very clean either. A few trash bins, especially near the food areas, were really full and made things feel a bit messy. The staff seemed busy and were nice enough, so no complaints there. I just think the grounds could use more regular cleaning. It wasn’t a bad visit, but I’m not sure I’d call the overall quality great.

My kids was signed up for a few classes, they ended up really liking it. The lessons are easy to follow and don’t feel boring, which made a big difference for them.

I had a good time here. The animals seemed to have roomy spaces, and there was a lot of shade, which made walking around more comfortable. A few areas did look a little old and could use some updating, but overall it was still a nice visit. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m glad I checked it out.

"Honestly Better Than Expected"
I was actually surprised by the food and drinks here. There was plenty to choose from, the coffee was decent, and the snacks tasted fresh. Prices were okay too, NOT as bad as I thought they’d be.

I had a good experience with lazoo.org. I might be a little biased because I really value friendly customer service, but the staff were genuinely easy to talk to and made the whole thing feel way less stressful. They answered my questions clearly without making me feel awkward for asking. Just nice people overall, and that goes a long way for me

"Parking was surprisingly easy"
I checked LA Zoo before we headed out, and it actually made parking a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. The directions were clear, and we found a spot quickly, which was such a relief. Little thing, but not having to circle around the lot with kids in the back made the whole visit start off much better.

"Really convenient stroller and wagon rental"
We rented a stroller and a wagon from lazoo.org for our trip, and it made things so much easier. We had way more bags than I thought we would, plus snacks, jackets, and all the random kid stuff that somehow piles up even for just a day out. Pickup was quick, everything looked clean, and the wagon ended up saving us from carrying a ton. The prices felt fair too, which was nice. I’d definitely use them again

"Saw so many more animals than I expected"
We had a really good day here, better than I expected. So many of the animals were out and easy to spot, even the tigers and the meerkats, which was really fun. A few were sleeping, but that’s just normal and kind of expected. The signs were easy enough to follow, and we never really felt rushed while walking around. I’d definitely go again, for sure.

I used lazoo.org when I really needed to find a bathroom nearby i was already feeling mentally drained at that point. It pulled up options quickly, and the info was actually accurate, which was such a relief. Super helpful when I needed it most.
